When I was a teenager, my first job was in real estate as a hostess. Many paths took me in directions that shaped my life, including military wife and working my way up the corporate ladder, achieving CPO.
Needing a serious change, I entered the travel industry, rounding out this career with being a Travel Advisor, managing travel advisors and Business Development Manager.
After losing my father in October of 2022, I went through the difficult process of going through my father’s estate and making tough decisions on how to handle the sale of his house, all while managing a full-time job. Trying to figure out all the details that could provide the best possible outcome would prove to be taxing, both financially and emotionally, and enormously time-consuming.
A year after the aforementioned stressful situation, I started looking into how to help others in similar situations where life-changing circumstances like the death of a loved one, divorce, job change, or other financial reasons, result in the need to get out from under the stress of selling a house.
